Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-04-10

These Terms of Use govern your use of Cloaky, the official website, and related services.

By downloading, purchasing, or using Cloaky, you agree to these Terms of Use.

App Access and Purchase

When you obtain Cloaky through the App Store, your one-time in-app purchase unlocks access to the app’s paid features for your personal or internal lawful use, subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store rules.

Cloaky is sold as a one-time purchase through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Unless otherwise stated, that purchase grants access to the features described at the time of purchase and does not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property to you.

App Store Billing and Refunds

Payments, billing, and refund handling for Cloaky purchases are managed by Apple.

If you need help with a charge, refund, payment method, or purchase restoration issue, you should use Apple’s App Store support channels first. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute Cloaky except as permitted by law;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Cloaky except where applicable law expressly allows it;
  • use Cloaky in a way that violates law, regulation, third-party rights, or Apple’s platform rules; or
  • interfere with the app, website, or related infrastructure.

Updates and Availability

We may update, improve, change, or discontinue parts of Cloaky at any time.

We do not guarantee that the app or website will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every macOS version, device, or third-party app.

Privacy

Your use of Cloaky is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at the official Cloaky privacy page.

Intellectual Property

Cloaky, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloaky is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Cloaky will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of Cloaky.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Cloaky will not exceed the amount you paid for Cloaky.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or support services if you materially violate these Terms.

You may stop using Cloaky at any time. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies that arose before termination.

Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you obtained Cloaky through the App Store, mandatory terms required by Apple or applicable consumer law will also apply where relevant.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
